MOLI - MAGNIFICENT NATURAL STONE HOUSE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH POOL AND PRIVATE GARDEN
Pretty and charming stone house in Buger, a very beautiful village in the northern part of the island.
The property extends over 10,000 m2, an area that offers a lot of privacy.
Outside, right next to the house, there is a large, kidney-shaped pool with sun loungers and
a lounge bed.
The house is located in a protected area with many trees and vegetation, so it is forbidden to make a fire, but there is a gas grill for the guests.
The interior of the house is kept in a rustic style. All ceilings are vaulted and give pleasant coolness and brightness in the entire living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave and everything you need for everyday life
and it is open to the living-dining room and equipped with air conditioning.
There are two bedrooms with exterior access, one of which has a double bed and air conditioning.
There are 2 bathrooms, one is outside the house.
The small village of Buger has about 1000 inhabitants. It is located in the Del Raiguer district and has an important historical legacy:
the natural cave of Can Mossenya and the talayotic village of Rafal des Puig are the oldest traces of human habitation in this region.
For all guests who want to get to know every corner of the island, the location of this house is an ideal starting point, you could say halfway to any point on the island.

We were lucky enough to stay for a week with our 15 month old. The villa is very peaceful and has good access by car to some stunning old towns and beaches. It was perfect for a toddler, with lots of space for him to crawl around and explore. We enjosee more

It was perfect for a toddler, with lots of space for him to crawl around and explore. We enjoyed the pool and tennis court, and my husband went on some beautiful runs in the morning. The kitchen was well equipped and had an excellent induction hob. The only downside for us was that there were some mosquitos in the evening and ants if you left your food out. However overall would recommend.

Absolutely beautiful place! The outside is just something else. So private and relaxing. Tons of seating areas. Beautiful large pool. Comfortable furniture. There a surprise tennis court and a wonderful selection of fruit trees in the grounds which are extensive. Our neighbours were sheep and donkeys. The inside is super cute. Pretty rustic. But we didn’t book it for the inside. The bed was huge and comfortable and there were loads of amenities although. Everything was fine but we barely spent any time in there. The area is off the beaten track. A car is a must. Centrally located for visiting lots of the island though. Búger is a 4 minute drive and it’s so quaint. Seemingly no tourists except us which was great to feel the local vibe. 2 restaurants, a pharmacy, small shop and a bakery. Which was incredible!!! Big super markets 10 minutes away. Absolutely loved it here and will return in a few years.

We loved it, the pool is fantastic - ac in the second bedroom would have been nice and a few more up to date electronics / knives, the location is 20 mins from Super markets etc but that didn’t bother us. Great villa. Thanks

House was super! It was clean, well equipped kitchen, pool was obviously very nice. Location was good and peaceful. Easy access by car to near by towns and beaches. House has also tennis court, with rackets and balls. Our familyfour enjoyed a lot!

nice place. secluded, not overlooked at all, very quiet. Pool had a bit of leaves etc in it, and was pretty cold (it is only April after all) and tennis court a little old, but fine for us. Parking on site. Wifi was fast. Ten minutes walk into town, see more

Only one restaurant in Buger (more of a bar really, though nice guys and very cheap) but Sa Pobla is less than 10 mins in the car, with loads of options. One supermarket in Buger, and everything. Saturday (or was it Friday) market in Buger had great fruit and veg very cheap. Inside the house smelled slightly damp (maybe we were the first visitors) but hot water, proper double bed (I hate it when they have two mattresses), TV worked etc. We will definitely come back.

Die Finca Moli die wir über Villasmar gemietet haben hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Eine wunderschöne Finca mit einem super Pool, viel Ruhe, schöne Umgebung und vieles mehr. Im Haus ist alles da was man braucht. Alles war sauber. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt und die Tage dort genossen. Ein Auto ist aber ein Muss. Auch eine Poolbeleuchtung die nicht funktioniert war kein Problem, nach unserer Meldung war am nächsten Tag jemand da und hat den Schaden behoben. Ein grosse Lob von uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons eu un souci technique dans la maison mais l’hôte a été très réactif et tout a été réglé rapidement. Notre séjour a été parfait !

Le gîte est bien placé pour visiter le coin de fomentera, Alcudia et tout le nord de l’île. On est également à 35 min de Palma.

Tolle Finca mit besonderem Flair, hochwertige Gartenmöbel- sehr gepflegter Poolbereich mit Palmen und frisch gepflanzten Blumen. Unsere Kinder (7 und 9) haben die Großzügigkeit des Anwesens genossen und jeden Morgen nach demTennis frische Orangen von der eigenen Plantage für das Müsli und den frisch gepressten O-Saft gepflückt. Auch Zitronen und Feigenbäume gibt es dort. Bei der Ankunft war für uns Wasser, Toast, Butter und Aufschnitt für das erste Frühstück bereitgestellt. Es waren genügend Handtücher und Bettwäsche da, welche während unseres 11-tägigen Aufenthaltes gewechselt wurden. Auch der Pool wurde zwischendurch gereinigt. Late Checkin und late Checkout war nach Rücksprache kein Problem! Die Inneneinrichtung ist rustikal, aber absolut zweckmäßig- der großzügige Wohnbereich und das Elternschlafzimmer sind klimatisiert- Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler Microwelle Herd Backofen und Grill vorhanden -wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Finca für Familien sehr empfehlen!

Peace and tranquility is what you are breathing in this relaxing enclave of the island. Lovely stone house, recently restored, all on one floor, except the stairs in the old mill.
Located in the countryside, on a dead end street, only surrounded by nature. Búger, the town to which it belongs, is only a couple of kilometers away.
The garden and outdoor area is natural, calm and relaxed, it has a large kidney shaped pool, surrounded by grass. Everything you need to enjoy the Mallorcan day and night. The house is near a wooded area, for this reason, it is not permitted to make a fire. The house has an electric barbecue.
The house, all on one level, is bright and fresh thanks to its beautiful vaulted ceilings.
The passage of life in the house is very comfortable, it consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, open to the living-dining room, 3 double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. In addition, in the tower there is a single bed on the ground floor, and a bathroom on the first floor.
For those who like to know every corner of the destinations where they travel, due to its location it is ideal as a starting point, it could be said that it´s half way from any point on the island.
