Description
Peace and tranquillity is what is breathed in this relaxing enclave of the island. Beautiful stone house, recently restored, all on one floor, except for the stairs in its old mill.
Located in the countryside, on a dead-end street, only surrounded by nature. Búger, the town to which it belongs, is just a couple of kilometres away.
The garden and outdoor area is natural, quiet and relaxed, it has a large kidney-shaped pool, surrounded by grass. Everything necessary to fully enjoy the Mallorcan day and night. The house is near a wooded area, for this reason, fire cannot be made. The house has an electric barbecue.
The house, all on one floor, is bright and cool, partly thanks to its beautiful vaulted ceilings.
Life in the house is very comfortable, it consists of a kitchen integrated into the dining room, fully equipped, 3 double bedrooms, two of them with an en-suite bathroom. In addition, in the tower there is a single bed on the ground floor, and a bathroom on the first floor.
There are two air conditioning units, one in the main bedroom and the other in the dining room.
For those who like to know every corner of the destinations they travel to, due to its location it is ideal as a starting point, one could say that it is halfway between any point on the island.

We were a family of four and this place was perfect for a quiet week. A car is essential as beaches and supermarkets are a cars ride away. I’d recommend looking for local cafes/beaches/restaurants before you go and then check the opening times on the day (they differ a lot!) The fridge and freezer were large enough (I didn’t see that on previous guests posts so wanted to include it) The pool and house were great and we had an excellent visit to Mallorca!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well quipped. The walk to the supermarket at the nearby village short and calm (shop is well stocked and has very friendly staff) and there is a nice pub restaurant at the church in Buger to spend an afternsee more

Birds of prey visited each day. The pool was really big and the main centre of attention for our five year old. We did have more mosquitos than perhaps desirable at night times. It would be useful to have mosquito nets in each room 9the hooks are there - so maybe just let guests know and then they can bring their own net). We took the bites just so we could leave the windows open at night. :)

Superb villa. Maria the owner was lovely and very helpful, also loved Diva her dog ! The floor plan provided by the agent online was not accurate, both main bedrooms have their own doors (so better than the plan suggested). An information booklet on see more

Enfin, parfait pour tout visiter car le logement est à distance raisonnable de tout!

La maison correspond bien aux description, faites juste attention aux insectes et surtout aux moustiques qui sont très présents. Notez que la cuisine est seulement équipée de condiments tel que le sel, et certaines épices. Sinon tout est équipé au niveau de la vaisselle, des plats, etc. La piscine était très bien. De plus, la propriétaire venait tous les jours pour la nettoyer. Les climatisations, le lave-vaisselle et la machine à laver marchaient parfaitement. La communication était aussi très bien. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison et à Majorque :)

Der Pool ist bei den Kindern aufgrund der Größe sehr gut angekommen und wäre bei besserem Wetter sicherlich auch noch mehr genutzt worden. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war sehr sympathisch, spontan und unkompliziert.

Die Finca ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist toll, zwar geht er schnell ziemlich tief, ist aber trotzdem sehr schön. Eine klitzekleine Kleinigkeit haben wir zu bemängeln, die Ameisen, diese muss man in Schach halten und sich drauf einstellen. Allerdings ist dies bei der Lage der Finca mitten in der Natur auch zu verstehen. Gut, an die Mücken sollte man auch denken. Allerdings ist das Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.... Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und super erholt. Die Vermieterin und der Kontakt zur Agentur waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Finca ist absolut zu empfehlen. Der Turm und der Pool sind die totalen Highlights und das i-Tüpfelchen der Finca. Wir werden diese sicherlich wieder buchen.

Wunderschöne abgelegene Finca, Schlafzimmer eher klein aber ausreichend. Pool super zur Abkühlung geeignet, schöner Aussenbereich mit wenig natürlichem Schatten. Feigenbäume im Garten laden zum ernten ein :-). Empfehlung!

Richtig tolle Finca

Die Finca ist wirklich super. Sie liegt unterhalb von Buger, ist relativ abseits gelegen, so dass man nicht gestört wird. Der grosse Pool ist für Groß und Klein ein Riesenspass, allerdings wird es schnell tief - entweder sind die Kids schon Schwimmersee more
Die Finca ist wirklich super. Sie liegt unterhalb von Buger, ist relativ abseits gelegen, so dass man nicht gestört wird. Der grosse Pool ist für Groß und Klein ein Riesenspass, allerdings wird es schnell tief - entweder sind die Kids schon Schwimmer oder sie haben Unterstützung. Man kann herrlich draussen sitzen, wir haben den gemauerten Holzkohle-Grill einige male genutzt. Innen ist die Finca sehr großzügig vom Platz her angelegt, hat alles seinen eigenen Charme. Ein Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, in den anderen Räumen wird es - insbesondere zur Nacht hin - natürlich etwas wärmer. Geht aber auch alles ganz gut. Wir haben mit eingen Ameisen Bekanntschaft gemacht, also möglichst keine Essensreste stehen lassen. Ist aber auch kein Problem. Alles in allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Finca. Die Besitzerin Maria war sehr freundlich, nach einer Woche wurden alle Handtücher gewechselt, die Betten frisch bezogen und der Pool gereinigt. Top Service! Bis zum nächsten mal. :)
