Spacious country house with all amenities. Located in the countryside in a quiet area, but at the same time well connected, it´s only 3 km from Can Picafort, where you can enjoy the beach, restaurants and shops.
The house has a capacity of 10 guests because it has 5 double bedrooms with air conditioning and 4 bathrooms. 2 of them are handicapped accessible.
The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished, with a washing area. The living room has a satellite TV and air conditioning and a glazed dining room next to the pool.
The pool area offers child protection and the swimming pool measures 12 x 5 m and has a separate children's pool area. A diving chair is also available for the disabled.
The holiday home has a small children's playground, a table tennis table and a barbecue.
An ideal house to spend happy holidays with the family or with friends.

Finca Palmitos 1 er ideel til den store familie med 5 soveværelser og 4 badeværelser. Der er overdækket terrasse og en lækker indhegnet swimmingpool. Der var sengelinned og håndklæder til alle. Boligen har en stor have. Der er ca. 3 km til Can Picafort og stranden. Derfor er en lejebil nødvendig. Ejerne er venlige og imødekommende. Ali i alt er vi supertilfredse med stedet
