This country house, is just at 3 km from the Sandy beach of Can Picafort and Son Bauló.
Has a big capacity, with 6 double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and satellite television. In 5 of the 6 bedrooms there’s a safe box.
Also there’s central heatting in the house.
4 full bathrooms, dining room and fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining-room with barbecue.
Without any kind of doubt, the best of the house is her beautiful and spacious garden and the large pool with a stone waterfall, surrounded by a well-kept lawn.
Upon request, a pool protection for children is available. See the additional cost at the end of this description.
