Large and comfortable spaces have a capacity for 8 people. It has 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with bathroom en suite.
On the ground floor: large fully furnished and equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden,
dining room and living room both with air conditioning.
1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and air conditioning and 1 toilet.
First floor: living room with a beautiful piano and 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them with air conditioning.
The house has a garage in which there is a full bathroom for customer use.
Highlight the exterior of the house, care and green lawn with a kidney pool, 2 furnished porches with views panoramic to the mountains and even on a clear day to the bay of Alcúdia.
Ideal for the enjoyment of a perfect holiday.
Inca is known for its shoe and leather goods industry where they are located a large number of shops to buy products made on the island.
The weekly market takes place every Thursday morning.

Location is nice if you travel with car, it is almost in the middle of the island: to the north part around 20 minutes by car, to the south (to Palma) is around 40. City where villa is located also nice, there are a lot of supermarkets and cafes. Housee more
Location is nice if you travel with car, it is almost in the middle of the island: to the north part around 20 minutes by car, to the south (to Palma) is around 40. City where villa is located also nice, there are a lot of supermarkets and cafes. House is also nice, kitchen is ready to serve food for a really huge company, almost all bedrooms with bathrooms except one. There are 4 tables in different locations in order to eat altogether, 2 of them are outside so you can enjoy the sunrise especially during breakfast. In October it's still possible to swim in the pool somedays.

No options to go somewhere without car. The closest things are children playground and supermarket located in 2km, which is not easy to manage by foot as Villa is on the mountain.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind für zwei Wochen dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist absolut perfekt , man hat viel Platz und wir konnten sogar versuchen Klavier zu spielen.

Das einzige was man verbessern könnte wäre die Ausstattung des Geschirrs und vielleicht kleine Töpfe zu fügen, da es nur Riesen Töpfe gab in den man morgens mal ein Frühstücksei kochen konnte,
aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau.
