Located in Can Picafort, a holiday destination for many islanders. This area of Mallorca is ideal for hiking,
water sports, nightlife, shopping...
Charming terraced house with 3 floors. It has capacity for 6 guests.
On the ground floor it has a spacious fully equipped and furnished kitchen, a toilet and living-dining room with air conditioning and fireplace
with direct access to the main terrace of the house.
On the first floor 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. Another bedroom with two
single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. Both with air conditioning.
On the second floor there is the third bedroom, also with air conditioning, and a double bed, this bedroom has a private terrace with views of the pine forest.

It is located on the outskirts of the town, which is ideal for those who don't want to go far from the village, but without being
in the bustling centre. Our accommodation is suitable for a pleasant stay without the need for a rental car,
as you can walk to both the supermarket (LIDL – 300 m.) and the beach, the sea, bars and restaurants (no more than 700 m.).
There are also bus stops and taxis very close by.

La casa és molt còmode tant les estances com l'espai exterior i està a poca distància de restaurants, botigues i serveis d'alimentació. Recomano la casa 100%. En quan a Can Picafort és un lloc ideal que ofereix molts serveis i està molt ben situat per visitar les poblacions properes.
