Centennial house recently renovated with excellent criteria. With all the necessary amenities for enjoying vacations, both in winter and summer.
Located in the heart of Mallorca, in the town of Petra, which is the municipality of vineyards par excellence, and also well-known for its relationship with Fray Junípero Serra, born in the region, a Franciscan monk who founded 10 missions and whose museum is housed in Petra.
House with spacious and well-maintained gardens features 6 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.
2 of the bedrooms are in the old part of the house, which also has 2 living rooms, one of them with satellite TV, the kitchen, and the dining room. Going outside, there is another glass-enclosed dining room with views of the garden and the pool. The other 4 bedrooms are recent annexes, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Surrounded by garden and views of the town.
Ideal house for large groups of friends or family, work meetings, etc.
Expenses to be paid by the NON-INCLUDED party:
- - Heating consumption at €60 / day

High season (from May to October) 2€/adult/night, first 8 nights. Ninth night and following nights

The house looks much more idyllic as in the pictures, the plants in the garden offer a remarcable holiday atmosphere and we enjoyed a lot swimming in the pool and lounging in the shadow of the trees. There are 3 separate buildings with each 2 bedroomsee more
The house looks much more idyllic as in the pictures, the plants in the garden offer a remarcable holiday atmosphere and we enjoyed a lot swimming in the pool and lounging in the shadow of the trees. There are 3 separate buildings with each 2 bedrooms. The size of the rooms is quite big - most of the rooms don’t have the bathroom soundproof isolated from the sleeping area (only an issue if you’re not intimate with your +1 :)). During summer it can get very hot w/o air conditioning, but if you air the room in the evening there is no problem sleeping. Top communication with the hosts and also the owner Gabriel, he showed great care towards our needs. Only extra wish: as we also celebrated 6 birthdays in our group of 10, it would have been nice to be able to have some non-quiet fun also after 23:00, as the area is surrounded by houses of locals which don’t enjoy any noise during night hours. Take into consideration that the location is a huge plus if you want to see the whole island, but it takes time (20-45 minutes) to reach any of the renowned Mallorca beaches. We checked them all:) Enjoy your holiday in this spanish perfect town villa, it will set you in the right mood while drinking your chilled cava )

Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber Gabriel war einfach und unkompliziert. Unsere Abende haben wir gerne auf der Terrasse verbracht, und das Frühstück am Pool eingenommen. Der Service rund ums Haus (Frische Handtücher, Bettwäschewechsel) war klasse. Es war rundum Super!
