A great place to stay with easy access to the local restaurants, a supermarket lately 5 minutes walk away and a great coffee shop next to it. Access to the beach within 5 minutes, with the added bonus that this was a quieter section of the beach. Alssee more
A great place to stay with easy access to the local restaurants, a supermarket lately 5 minutes walk away and a great coffee shop next to it. Access to the beach within 5 minutes, with the added bonus that this was a quieter section of the beach. Also easy to get out and about on a bike and explore the glorious Mallorcan landscape. Parking was also fine as we used the spot infant of the house. What was really appreciated was the supply of dishwasher and washing tabs which were provided. We had mixed weather and the house was fine but we felt it could have benefited from a few personal touches, such as the odd picture. Outside seating options were great and in the good weather it was excellent to eat all our meals outside. Be aware of mosquitoes as the lake is very close by.

We were traveling with a large group of people (5 adults + 1 child) and could not have asked for better accommodations. Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner a very helpful and nice person. We received a welcome treat of a full bowl of fruit and sweets for our daughter. Everywhere was clean, tidy. The rooms provided privacy to the individual couples. We had 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. The kitchen was above standard. We even had a washing machine at our disposal. We were able to borrow plastic sand toys, blankets, umbrellas and an inflatable small boat for the kids to use on the beach in a small closet. There is nothing that we could fault this accommodation. Even though it is right on the road, you can't hear the hustle and bustle. The garden is pleasantly isolated by undergrowth from the other houses, so it offers privacy even on the property of the house. 190m from the house is a beautiful beach, spacious. There are shops and a supermarket within walking distance. We are very sorry that we only went for a week. We would love to return and are already looking forward to it.

What we really loved was the big terrace with roof where you can sit outside even though it might be windyrainy (unfortunately we were not lucky with the weather so this was super important to us). Also the kitchen has a lot to offer so that you can pretty much cook and do everything like at home. Very practical was also to have two bathrooms and three toilets - as we were 4 people... A tiny downside were maybe the not most comfortable mattresses - other than that we had an amazing stay and you can't really go wrong with that house :). Regarding value for money it was perfect! Thank you Maria!

We were 6 people relaxing for two weeks at Marias place. We had a great time. Just 2min by foot to the beach, transport and grocery stores 5min near by. Quiet and safe. Place was clean and prepared with the all the basic tools and supplies you need asee more

Place was clean and prepared with the all the basic tools and supplies you need and neat welcome snacks. Plantly room inside and outside to cook and eat together. The main road next the house is slightly hearable in the bedrooms, but wasn't a issue sleeping at night. Be aware that a lake is near by, which brings pesky mosquitos. Inside is no problem, but if you want stay outside on the Terrance long into the night better bring some repellentlong light clothes. But overall we had a blast. Good recommendations for a bigger family.

Communication with the hosts was very smooth at every stage of the process. Overall, the whole experience was great - I would happily recommend the place and wouldn't hesitate to visit again myself!

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Ansonten ist im Haus alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Haus an sich ist gut aufgeteilt von den Zimmern. Hinter dem Haus kann man sehr gut sitzen. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass Nachts an der Hauptstraße viele Autos übertrieben laut/schnell fahren. Ansonsten alles top! Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls super funktioniert.

Wir waren 14 Tage im Haus, 4 EW und drei Kinder im Alter von unter 3 Jahren. Es gab zwei Hochstühle und auch zwei Babybetten. Es war alles da, was wir für den Alltag und auch auch zur Verpflegung brauchten. Die Küche reichte auch aus, wobei wir uns üsee more
Wir waren 14 Tage im Haus, 4 EW und drei Kinder im Alter von unter 3 Jahren. Es gab zwei Hochstühle und auch zwei Babybetten. Es war alles da, was wir für den Alltag und auch auch zur Verpflegung brauchten. Die Küche reichte auch aus, wobei wir uns über eine Kaffeemaschine gefreut hätten. Hier gab es einen Herdkocher, der für den Induktionsherd nicht geeignet war. Es gab noch eine dolce Gusto, allerdings halten wir von Kapsel-/Padmaschinen nicht sehr viel.
Die Betten und Kopfkissen waren bequem. Die Kleiderschränke hielten genug Platz für die Klamotten bereit. Die Terrasse und der Innenhof (Garten würde ich nicht sagen, dafür war es zu sehr gepflastert) reichten für die Kids auch vollkommen aus. Durch die Waschmaschine konnten wir auch die Kindersachen bei Bedarf waschen, das war super. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche ausgetauscht. Was würden wir verbessern: in den oberen Badezimmer. Gibt es leider keinen Stauraum für die Waschutensilien etc. Hier wären kleine Schränkchen bzw. Waschbeckenunterschränke hilfreich. Eine Kommode oder Ähnliches im Wohnzimmer wäre ebenfalls hilfreich. Wir waren vermutlich die ersten Mieter nach dem Winter. Es war sehr kühl und klamm im Haus. Im Großen und Ganzen fehlte etwas Stauraum, ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. :) Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch toll war das viele Obst und die Getränke, die wir bei Anreise als Willkommensgruß vorfanden! |

Le gros plus est qu'elle est située à 100m d'une magnifique plage. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture! Les commerces à proximité sont également tres appréciables. Et la communication avec nos hôtes a été parfaite, ils ont tout fait pour nous arranger et nous permettre de passer de belles vacances. Un immense merci!!

Wir würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern und Eltern, also mit 6 Personen, im Haus. Es ist genug Platz vorhanden, die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend mehr braucht man nicht. Ein Supermarkt und ein Bio-Bäcker befinden sich 200 m entfernt, was wir super praktisch fanden. A parte de la tarifa de Airbnb hay que pagar un extra allí al final de la estancia por la electricidad consumida. Un lugar recomendable en una isla maravillosa.

Хорошая зона барбекю, для отдыха во дворе. Проблем с паркингом нет вообще, перед домом есть свое парковочное место на две машины. Расположение дома очень удачное! До пляжа 100-150 метров, пляж самый лучший и очень удобный для маленьких детей. Магазин EROSKI в шаговой доступности. Нам все очень понравилось,вернулись бы сюда еще раз! Рекомендуем!
