Cozy and comfortable town house with a nice decoration. Just 1.5 km from the sea and sandy beach and next to the walled area of the town of Alcúdia.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed with air conditioning and the other with two single beds with a fan. Both share the bathroom en suite. Dining room with air conditioning and kitchen with access to a furnished terrace and a small outside bathroom.

Ons verblijf in Alcúdia was fantastisch! Het huis is erg ruim en ligt op een prachtige locatie, vlak bij alle voorzieningen. De inrichting is authentiek en sfeervol, waardoor je echt dat typische Mallorcaanse gevoel krijgt. Alles was schoon en goed verzorgd, en de host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die Alcúdia wil ontdekken!

Top Location. Perfekt gelegen in Mitten der alten Stadtmauern umgeben von Restaurant und Kaffees in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Sehr gepflegt und sehr gut geeignet für eine 4 Personen Familie oder zwei Paare die sich gut kennen. Check In, Betreuung und Check Out waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberinnen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten sehr erholsamen Tage. Danke an des Team und auf bald.

Wir würden die Wohnung erneut buchen

Februar 10 Tage Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt und doch ruhig. Genügend Gratis-Parkplätze über die Strasse (2min). Alcudia ist sehr ruhig im Februar doch wenige Restaurants sind offen, auch zusätzliche im Hafen. Selbstverpflegung ist empfehlenswert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es kann schön gekocht werden. Autentisches Reihenhaus mit wenig Tageslicht im EG aber guter Beleuchtung. Zentralheizung nicht im Betrieb, Elektroheizung als Ersatz. Wir würden die Wohnung erneut buchen.

Barca Alcudia - House

Nice little house in third sea line. Very cozy and ideal for sun and beach holidays with family and children, or groups of friends. 3 double bedrooms, living - dining room with access to the terrace and fully furnished and equipped kitchen where nothing is missing, to feel at home.
Barcarés, the area where the house is located, is a quiet urbanization, washed around by the Mediterranean sea with its long coast. The great advantage is that it is only 5 minutes by car from Alcudia town, a beautiful walled city of great tourist and cultural interest, where we also find all the necessary services, in addition to restaurants, big supermarkets and a large market every Tuesday and Sunday.
