300m2 of living space are divided into spacious rooms over 2 floors. Located on a 300,000m2 finca with an interesting variety of native vegetation.
Large terraces and a pool are ideal for total relaxation in nature.
The house has a capacity for up to 12 people, with the possibility of 2 extra beds. 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
There are two living rooms, a dining room with space for all guests, and a spacious kitchen, which is fully furnished and equipped.

Danke und wir kommen wieder

Mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen die Finca gebucht. Von Check-In bis Check-Out (Late Check-Out war möglich) war die Kommunikation sehr gut. Begrüßt wurden wir äußerst freundlich mit einem Willkommenskorb mit Obst, Saft, Kaffee und Snacks. Die Finca ist von älterem Baujahr, ist aber größer und im großen und ganzen schöner als auf den Fotos. Durch das alte Mauerwek ist im Haus die ganze Zeit eine angenehme Temperatur und das Nichtvorhandensein einer Klimaanlage war von keinem Nachteil. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Ventilator. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Einige haben sehr gut geschlafen, andere weniger gut. Die Finca liegt abgelegen und ohne Nachbarn, deswegen war laute Musik und eine Poolparty gar kein Problem. Taxifahrer waren meist nicht sehr angetan von der Strecke zur Finca, wir wurden aber immer abgeholt und auch zurück gebracht. Ein Supermarkt ist mit dem Mietwagen in ca. 15/20 min erreichbar. Fazit: Danke und wir kommen wieder!!!

La casa, el jardin y la piscina una maravilla, todo super limpio y espacioso. Un remanso de paz y tranquilidad, cerca del aeropuerto y de algunas playas y calas. Nos han dado todo tipo de facilidades a la hora de entrada y salida. Un lugar ideal para famílias con niños, para descansar y relajarse lejos del bullício de la ciudad y de las zonas más tutísticas. Lo hemos pasado de 10 y lo recomendamos sin duda.

Tolle Finca und sehr nette Gastgeber. Unser Flug ging erst abends um 20:30 Uhr zurück. Wir durften bis um 17:30 Uhr an der Finca bleiben. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir waren mit dem Kegelclub dort und hatten uns für die Zeit einen Mietwagen gebucht. Ohne dem ist es nicht möglich. 15 min bis zum Ballermann/Flughafen Das Taxi kostet bis zur Unterkunft 22 €. Wer also lieber eine Finca als ein Hotel buchen möchte, kann ich die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke dir alles!

Truly Amazing Finca with charme and style in the middle of the nature where turtles and rabbits say good night to each other. The owner was very friendly and helpful at the check in. The pool area with tables outside and the large kitchen are perfect for a large group to chill and have a good time together. Generally, the spot is great for get-togethers with friends and family. Even though it‘s not too far off, its useful to have an own car to get around. There is wifi which is perfect for daily use but for homeoffice/longer video calls you might want to bring your own device (hotspot). We had a great time ane love to get back there soon!

Wir haben schon oft einen Finca Urlaub gemacht aber dieses Haus toppt alles. Umgeben von schöner Natur und einem riesen Land trohnt dieses fantastische Herrenhaus. Der Blick aus der ersten Etage ist wirklich atemberaubend. Man sieht über die Küste, die Bucht der Playa de Palma bis zum Tramuntana. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Haus liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Große Kühlschränke, eine riesige Küche und wunderschöne große Terrassen. Der Poolbereich ist traumhaft. Es gibt Liegen, Sonnenschirme und große Poolhandtücher. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden überrascht mit einem großen Korb voll leckerem Obst, Kekse, Säfte, Milch und Kellogs. Der Service ist auch hervorragend.. Jeden Tag wird der Müll gelehrt und der Pool gereinigt. Wir können wirklich sagen, daß wir hier einen der schönsten Urlaube mit unserer Familie verbracht haben. Einfach sensationell und viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Vielen lieben Dank für die unvergessliche Zeit in einem der schönsten Häuser auf Mallorca. Wir sind alle immer noch sehr beeindruckt und absolut begeistert. Wir kommen wieder. Muchas, Muchas Gracias

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch im Landesinneren und ist von der Hauptstraße ca. 10 min Fahrt entfernt. Man ist bei dem Haus aufjedenfall auf Auto oder Taxi angewiesen. Es gibt aber einige Fahrräder am Haus, mit denen man die Gegend erkunden kann. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über viel Platz auch für große Gruppen. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren großzügig und sauber. Besonders der private Pool bietet viel Platz zum Sitzen und Entspannen. Gelegentlich laufen einem auch die kleinen ansässigen Schildkröten über den Weg. Die Küche ist vollständig und modern ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, die zwischendurch sehr praktisch sind. Besonderes Highlight ist die tolle Aussicht auf die Promenade Palmas und Umgebung sowie der schönen Sonnenuntergänge. Die Kommunikation mit dem Office war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir wurden zudem sehr freundlich vom Eigentümer empfangen und im Haus rumgeführt. Zur Begrüßung gibt es einen Korb mit Nahrungsmitteln und Obst, der jedem Urlauber zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr nochmal! :-)
