The pretty and cozy country house is near Inca, in the heart of the island, has 3 bedrooms, one with air condicioning, and offers maximum capacity for 6 people.
The tastefully furnished finca has 125 sqm of living area and is equipped with central heating, air conditioning in the living - dining room, satellite TV and internet connection (WLAN).
The kitchen, open to the living room, has a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
A comfortably furnished veranda leads to the outside area of the house. Ideal for outdoor dining with a view of the pool, the well kept garden and the mountains.
The private pool is 5 x 10m, surrounded by a lawn and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.
A covered grill area with dining table and chairs can also be used in bad weather.
There is an outdoor parking on the completely fenced property.
The property is located in a quiet, rural area and yet only 2 km away from the city of Inca with its
many shopping facilities.
The nearest golf course is 23 km, 27 km to the sandy beach and 37 km to the airport.

The pool doesn't have a heating system, I personally had no issues with that, but keep that in mind if you are going to visit off-season.

Zeer gastvrije Spaanse eigenaar, bij aankomst hele lekkere attentie in de koelkast, alles was perfect verzorgd!

Haus, Garten und Pool sind wirklich wunderschön, mit viel Liebe fürs Detail angelegt, hochwertig ausgestattet und top in Schuss! Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch die Lage am Stadtrand von Inca ist ideal, wenn man in Ruhe entspannen möchte. Und egal, wo man auf der Insel hin möchte, dauert es mit dem Auto selten mehr als 30 Minuten.

Zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Haupthaus und eins im Nebengebäude. Für uns war die Lage perfekt um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir waren im Februar da und hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Kosten für Heizung und Strom lagen bei zusätzlich ca. 70 € für 6 Leute pro Woche. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden gern wiederkommen.

You can access most of the cycling hotspots on the island from this location and there is tons of space to store your bike and relax in the sun after a ride.
