The location of the house is in the center of the island, which makes it possible to visit the incredible beaches and villages with a drive of about 1 hour. I would be happy to come to this house again.

Our family stayed at Villa Victoria in Sineu. Everything was perfect. The area is beautiful and a good array of shops and restaurants are 15-20 minutes walk away. There is also a train station nearby where you can travel to Palma for 3 Euros. The vilsee more
Our family stayed at Villa Victoria in Sineu. Everything was perfect. The area is beautiful and a good array of shops and restaurants are 15-20 minutes walk away. There is also a train station nearby where you can travel to Palma for 3 Euros. The villa was very large. It's very clean and comfortable. We used the pool every day and the BBQ twice. On arrival we were met by Joana who we saw a few times on our holiday- always smiling and happy to see us. She explained about the extra fees for electricity and Tourist Tax. In the fridge we found a free bottle of wine. We were contacted a few times together us know the water was being topped up,if the pool needed maintenance. Any questions we asked were answered almost immediately. This is a perfect home for a small groupfamily. We felt well looked after by Joana and her husband and would not hesitate to go backrecommend this villa to friends and family. Thank you!!

All in all a very positive stay. Very close to Sineu which is a nice town. Well equipped villa with everything that you need to cook etc. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were staying with a 1.5 year old and a 2.5 year old and I wouldn'see more

We were staying with a 1.5 year old and a 2.5 year old and I wouldn't say the villa is child proof for children of these ages. The lack of a fence all the way round the pool wasn't ideal but again this is only an issue if you have small kids. Electricity seemed expensive at 54 euros for 8 nights, we did not use the air con as it wasn't hot when we stayed so this might get pricey in warmer months. An improvement that could be made is to give more than one key to the guests,install a key safe. The lack of this meant we often had to arrive back at the villa all at once if doing separate things during the day.

The facilities, pool, location, owner, everything! Perfect for a groupfamily, loved this place and perfectly located (if you have a car). Not a touristy area but close to beautiful Sineu and only about 20-30mins to lots of beaches and other sights.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the house and were very happy with our decision to stay there. We only have a few suggestions to make the stay better for future guests. Firstly, toilet paper should be included in the stay. We only had enough to get through the first day and any hotel/motel would include this. Secondly, the wifi connection should updated. It was extremely slow. Thirdly, the bathroon shower door does not close completely and causes the bathroom to flood, attracting bugs and creating a bad oder. We finally figured out how to stuff a towel into the door to jam it shut but I would not depend on everyone doing this and I imagine over time the water could cause significant damage, which would be a pity. Lastly, it would not hurt to add a few more kitchen utensils such as a garlic press and such. Overall, we were beyond pleased with the house and location and found the hosts to be extremely friendly. The location made it possible to visit all corners of the island within 45 minutes to an hour. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig mit schöner Aussicht. Sineu ist nicht weit entfernt. Dort gibt es auch sehr gute einheimische Restaurants mit sehr guter lokaler Küche. Sineu ist Gott sei Dank kein Touristenhotspot. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefsee more

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der tollen Finca! Wir hatten mit unserer Gruppe aus sechs Freunden eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Besitzer Joana und Gabriel sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend - empfangen wurden wir von Wein, Schinken, Käse und einer Ananas, aber auch sehr guten Restauranttipps für Sineu. Am Pool kann man gut entspannen und das Haus ist super ausgerüstet (u. a. mit Insektengittern an den Fenstern). Auch in der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir für die Woche gebraucht haben. Ab Sineu erreicht man viele schöne Ecken der Insel innerhalb einer halben Stunde mit dem Mietwagen und als Plus ist die gemütliche Stadt nicht vollends von Deutschen überlaufen. Wir werden die Unterkunft und Sineu auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. :)

Ich war mehr als positiv beeindruckt über die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung der FeWo und die Ordentlichkeit im Haus. Die Aufteilung für 2 Familien ist einfach toll. Die riesige Terrasse ein Traum. Man konnte zusammen was machen oder sich aus dem Weg gehen. An alles wurde gedacht und die Kommunikation war tadellos. Die Ruhe, aber dennoch Zentrale Lage haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Pool war ein Traum, vorne für die kleinen und hinten für die großen zum toben. Wir haben eine so tolle Erinnerung an 2023. Vielen Dank dafür…. Wir kommen gerne wider.

Die Lage ist toll, wenn man nicht unbedingt ans Meer möchte, aber dennoch viel von der Insel erleben will. Mit dem Auto ist man in knapp +-40 Minuten eigentlich überall auf der Insel. Sineu an sich ist wirklich eine süße Altstadt mit Charme. Aur Nachfrage nannte uns die Vermieterin auch Tips zu guten Restaurants. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Einziges "Manko": Die Bette sind sehr hart und dir Matratze des einen Doppelbettes neigt sich immer in die Mitte, wenn zwei Personen darin liegen. Trotzdem wirklich empfehlenswert!

Die Terrasse, der Grill und auch die Detailreiche Gestaltung des Aussenbereichs haben den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Einziges Manko sind die vielen Hühner in der Umgebung die einen gern Mal den Schlaf rauben (besonders der Hahn) :-). Das automatische Tor in der Auffahrt ist Klasse und verleiht einem Sicherheit, gerade mit kleinen Kindern die sonst gern die ca 200m entfernte Straße erkunden möchten. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt und mit dem beschrieben Tor abgeriegelt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, ein ganz großes Danke an Joana und ihre Familie, der Empfang und die zwischenzeitlichen Besuche (Müllentsorgung etc) waren sehr angenehm. Bis bald und bleibt gesund.

Gute Ausgangslage für sämtliche Unternehmungen auf der ganzen Insel. Mietwagen ist erforderlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Für einen nächsten Mallorca Urlaub würden wir diese Finca auf jeden Fall mit in unsere Planung einbeziehen.

Located just 1.5km from the village of Sineu.
I highlight its well-kept garden and the comfortable exterior with panoramic views of the countryside and the mountains.
