The pretty stone house near Llubí for up to 6 guests stands out especially for its tennis court.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is outside next to the annex. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor have a double bed and air conditioning (hot / cold) and share a bathroom with a bathtub. The 3rd bedroom is on the first floor and doesn´t offer complete privacy, it has the bathroom with shower en suite. The living room's air conditioning can also be used here for temperature control. The 4th bedroom is in the annex near the pool and the outdoor bathroom.
Beautiful ceiling wooden beams give the house a very special flair. The living room is cozy and equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV and it´s open to the fully equipped kitchen.
In the spacious outdoor area there is a furnished veranda, a barbecue and also a beautiful garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants. You can refresh in your own pool after sunbathing. The house also offers a tennis court where guests can play exciting matches.
Llubí is a pretty little village in the center of the island. It's still quiet and contemplative here. There are cozy bars and restaurants on the village square by the church. In Sineu, just a few minutes away, there is a well-known and big market on Wednesdays.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Tennisplatz wurde viel genutzt. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön und durch seine Tiefe auch geeignet um mal den ein oder anderen Sprung zu wagen. Die Tennisschläger und Bälle waren leider nichsee more
Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Tennisplatz wurde viel genutzt. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön und durch seine Tiefe auch geeignet um mal den ein oder anderen Sprung zu wagen. Die Tennisschläger und Bälle waren leider nicht zu gebrauchen, aber uns wurde auf Nachfrage sofort neues Equipement vorbeigebracht. Das Innere des Hauses ist sehr schön und lässt kaum etwas vermissen. Gerade in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht und darüber hinaus noch einiges mehr. Zudem haben auch die Klimaanlagen gut funktioniert. Draußen gibt es eine Grillecke und sogar einen Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und man braucht schon ein Auto um die nächstgelegenen Orte zu erreichen. Etwas ungewöhnlich fanden wir, dass man den Strom selber zahlen musste.. Alles in allem hat es uns dort gut gefallen und wir würden auch ein weiteres Mal dorthin fahren.

The living room is very spacious and has many typical, cozy and beautiful Mallorcan details. The kitchen is very complete and well equipped.
Villa Caulls stands out with its exteriors with large terraces, a huge private pool of 10 x 5 m and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Palm trees, trees, and other plants really give guests this vacation vibe. Children love to play on the lawn.
The country house belongs to the small village Llubí. Its square with the cafes and restaurants is very charming. You can go to Muro, a larger city, in a few minutes by car. It is only 18 km to Can Picafort, where they find a beautiful beach with fine, white sand. The beach is very suitable for families. There is a promenade with many cafes, restaurants and shops, where you can go for a walk.
