While inside the house is very beautiful, the best is undoubtedly the outside. A huge garden with a large extension of impeccably maintained lawn and a variety of trees and plants. The pool of 08 x 04 meters, is surrounded by grass, and has a ladder inside the pool for greater safety and comfort.
Large porch with fixed barbecue, furnished with comfortable sofas.
There is also a large terrace in front of the house, with table and chairs, and a pergola to shelter from the sun.
The house has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and two full bathrooms.

Absolutely gorgeous vila. The outdoor area is beautiful and stunning! The hosts were very responsive and quick to help us with a few questions we had. Secluded so great for privacy. Not easily in walking distance to place so research the area before see more

We had a lovely stay at the property. The house is a fair size for 6 guests, bedrooms are quite small but the living spaces are ample and the kitchen is great to have all the family round to cook. The property excels in its outside spaces. The pool is beautiful and the outside dining area is divine. Plenty of space to BBQ, have drinks, sunbath, exercise, eat dinner together. We spent 90% of our stay in the garden. The location is very rural but only a short distance to the nearest towns with supermarkets. We went to Alcudia a few times to the beach which is a beautiful port town. This was only 15 mins away in the car. The host was great, we had an issue with the shower and he came out to fix the same day. We would definitely recommend and stay ourselves again.

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (1, 3, 7 J.) in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Es war alles genau so, wie in der Beschreibung und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Was wurde uns ein Babybett und ein Kinderstuhl bereit gestellt. Dsee more
Wir waren zwei Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (1, 3, 7 J.) in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Es war alles genau so, wie in der Beschreibung und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Was wurde uns ein Babybett und ein Kinderstuhl bereit gestellt. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen jeweils über Klimaanlagen, was bei fast 40 Grad sehr gut war. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten mit der Lounge und dem Pool ist wunderschön. Der Eigentümer kommt regelmäßig vorbei um nach dem Pool zu sehen und den Rasen zu wässern. Die Finca liegt in einem landwirtschaftlichen Bereich. Nebenan leben Schafe und Pferde. Bei Problemen und Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Für uns perfekt war die Abwechslung zwischen sehr ruhiger Lage der Villa und der Möglichkeit trotzdem in 20 Minuten einen schönen Strand zu besuchen (Playa de muro). Wir kommen wieder!

Eine süße Finka in sehr abgeschotteter Lage. Ohne Auto ist man hier aufgeschmissen. Aber wenn man Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht, genau das Richtige. Schönes Grundstück, toller Pool. Drumherum gibt es allerdings außer Schafe, Pferde nicht viel. Mückenscsee more

Die Unterkunft entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern. Nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber mit Maps ging es gut. Die Umgebung ist etwas öde und karg. Der Eigentümer wohnt nebenan in einem Haus, er hat 3 Hunde die ab und zu mal bellen. Ansonsten sehr ruhig und man wird von niemandem gestört. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Schöner Pool, Liegen, Lounge, Grill, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und in den Schlafzimmern hat es eine Klimaanlage. Vielleicht könnte man um Untergeschoss auch eine Klimaanlage installieren, ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig für die Einkäufe, welche sich im Ort Sa Pobla befinden. Mit dem Auto 6-7 Minuten erreichbar. Dort findet man alles was man braucht. Gute Restaurants sind dort auch zu finden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20-25 Minuten an den Stränden von Muro, San Picafort, Alcudia. Den Check-In und Check-Out erfolgte ohne Eigentümer, alles unkompliziert und selbständig.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Super abseits vom Schuss gelegen, hat man hier total seine Ruhe. Die Küche gibt alles her was benötigt wird. Die Kommunikation war auch bestens.

Die Umgebung bietet viel alles in ca. 15 Autominuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist schön und einfach, es hat alles was man braucht und ist innen auch angenehm von der Temperatur. Es war stets sehr sauber, der Pool ist angenehm, die Umgebung super ruhig und wir haben den Blick auf die Felder jeden Tag genossen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!
