Unique stone house from the 17th century, in a fantastically quiet location.
In the beautiful outdoor area, in the middle of the local nature, you will find a pool that measures10 x 10 mts,
surrounded by large furnished terraces, a useful furnished barbecue area and 2000 m2 garden.
A wonderful place to enjoy our Mediterranean sun.
The house offers a capacity for 9 people, with 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet near the pool, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, as well as two living rooms,
one of them with an open fireplace.
In a new built annex there is one of the living rooms, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and a loft.

The beach is only 250mts away and it is 500mts to Alcudia.
Alcudia, located in the northeast of Mallorca, is an ecotourism community with a great variety of landscapes and 30 km of coastline.
There are beautiful beaches with fine, white sand, as well as rocky beaches and small bays of impressive beauty.
Ideal for all nature lovers, here you can make extensive hiking routes and long walks.
Alcudia is a medieval city surrounded by an ancient city wall. Just a few meters from the old town,
a cultural tour to the Roman settlement of Pollentia, foundet 123 BC, begins right next to the church "St. Jaume".
It leads to the most interesting places of the remains of the Roman culture that are currently still existing. -1479 / 2014 / ET

This is just the most perfect villa, an easy walk into town but tucked away quietly. The owner was lovely and responded quickly when one of the air conditioning units broke down. The outside area is stunning and the history is incredible.

The most incredible villa!

The villa was perfect for our needs as a family of 8, including grandparents, parents, teenagers and a 2 year old. The hosts had thought of everything to make our stay great and we had the best time. The villa is in an excellent location, close to a small sandy beach and within easy walking distance of Alcudia old town. We loved the house and the location was excellent, we will definitely book again as it was perfect for our big family. My husband and I enjoyed having separate accommodation in the annex, away from the adult children. Best of all was the amazing pool and beautiful poolside lounge and a lovely beach only a 2 minute walk away. The flowers in the garden were exceptional and made the garden very special. Toni was an excellent host and responded quickly to us and helped us by arranging a taxi to Palma. Thank you Toni.

A great place!

A perfect place for us! We had a family gathering for 9 adults, age 26-63, and the place was perfect for spending time together, just as lovely as on the pictures. Spacious pool and area for sunbeds, a lounge area in the shadow on sunny days, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a long table for evening meals under the stars, beautiful garden with many artifacts, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Alcudia old town with shops, bars, restaurants, markets, is 12 minutes walk away, and the closest beach 2-3 minutes. Toni, the owner, is very nice and took well care of us and all our questions. I will highly recommend the place, and will be happy to come back.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Innen zwar eher rustikal, aber das finde ich eben auch schön. Der Aussenbereich war top gepflegt und super schön mit dem grossen Pool, den vielen Pflanzen, dem Spielplatz etc. Waren sehr zufrieden.
