I highlight its location, close to all services, restaurants, bus, taxi, supermarkets, etc.
Capacity for 5 guests. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and one single, all with air conditioning.
Access from one of the bedrooms to the sun terrace with panoramic views of the lake. 1 full bathroom.
On the ground floor there is the equipped and furnished kitchen, which is open to the living room with air conditioning and
1 small bathroom with shower. Comfortable porch furnished with a Balinese bed.
An outdoor parking space.

Bien que la maison est très appréciable, l'extérieur laisse pas mal de vis à vis. L'environnement n'est pas le plus joli du port d'Alcudia néanmoins la plage est belle et on peut y aller à pieds.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Alles war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der oberen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See und die Berge. Möbel und Küche sind etwas abgewohnt, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super. Bushaltestesee more
Das Haus ist sehr schön. Alles war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der oberen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See und die Berge. Möbel und Küche sind etwas abgewohnt, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super. Bushaltestelle, Taxi, riesiger Sandstrand, ruhiger See/Berge, Lebensmittelläden, Restaurants, Bars - alles um die Ecke. Das einzige Manko: Die Straße ist wirklich sehr laut zu hören, wenn man auf der Terrasse ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders zu empfehlen: Altstadt Alcùdia und das Museum Sa Bassa Blanca!

Die Lage ist mit Kleinkind hervorragend. Viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen und das alles zu Fuß. Eine Menge an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe machen einem den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
