Description
Charming apartment for 2 persons in Cala Lliteras, a residential area located in the well-known village of Cala Ratjada in the northeast of the island.
It´s an ideal accomodation for a romantic escape. There are only 50 square meters, but the rooms are quite spacious and bright. The views are impressive, both from the terrace as also from the bedroom.
There are air conditioner in the living - diningroom and in the bedroom. This has 2 single beds of 0,90 x 2,00 mts. They can be put together or left it individually for two persons who aren´t a couple.
To enjoy, there´s offered a communal pool and two loungers which are exclusive for our guests.
Cala Lliteras belongs to Cala Ratjada, a town which offers countless paradisiacal beaches that have nothing to envy of the Caribbean beaches.
Cala Agulla is a beautiful beach with white sand and a turquoise sea just 900 mts away.
Scuba diving lovers are lucky, because the Cala Es Meró is nearby, it´s very famous for practicing this sport.
However, the whole area is full of lovely bays, the well-known as Cala Gat or Cala Torta, but also others that are less-well known and therefore not so crowded.

The town is surprisingly German (all the waiters and shopkeepers speak German, all menus and signage are in German etc) which we did not expect but definitely made for an interesting stay!

Me and my partner stayed at Villasmar’s apartment for my birthday and it was incredible! The view from the apartment is unmatched and the town/supermarket was a 5 minute walk away. We also had some time to enjoy the pool which was vey easy access and very peaceful and the other tenants there are very friendly! There are loads of wonderful restaurants nearby and the Cala Agulla beach is only a 15-20 minute walk away with a scenic route onto the beach 🏖️. There is also another option to go to the other side of Cala Retjada called Platja de Cala Gat (a smaller beach which is less busy) where we went paddle boarding (which we highly recommend - PADDLE SURF CALA RATJADA-MALLORCA) I would 100% recommend & will be booking the apartment again!! 🤩

Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft und allein sein Geld wert! Die Kommunikation wär super, hat alles prima gepasst. Aus zwei Gründen würden wir persönlich leider nicht wiederkommen ( aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau!): Die Küche ist ein wsee more
Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft und allein sein Geld wert! Die Kommunikation wär super, hat alles prima gepasst. Aus zwei Gründen würden wir persönlich leider nicht wiederkommen ( aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau!): Die Küche ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und das Doppelbett war sehr hart und bestand aus zwei zusammen geschobenen Betten, die nicht wirklich zusammen blieben…aber sonst ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die uns den Kurzurlaub auf Mallorca versüßt hat. Eine klasse Aussicht und selbst in der Nebensaison ein Träumchen. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, super gut zu erreichen und einfach liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat keinen Backofen, wir improvisierten also unser Abendessen dann und das WLAN war wirklich schwach, jedoch half das eigene Datenvolumen dann aus. Die Haustür klemmt sehr stark, aber auch daran gewöhnte man sich. Immer wieder gern!
