Luminosa y amplia, ideal para una vacaciones en el campo Mallorquin rodeado de almendros
Piscina de 10 x 3,5 metros y una profundidad de 0,70 a 1,5 metros.
El pueblo de Artá es un rincón de la isla de visita obligaga, situado al noreste de Mallorca.
Cuenta con unos 25km de costa en dónde se puede disfrutar de playas vírgenes, también con la Reserva Marina y del Parque Natural, además de tener un importante patrimonio histórico y cultural.

La casa corresponde a las imágenes que veis en la página, en perfecto estado y bien equipada. Se aconseja venir con un coche adecuado para circular por un camino rural. Elena y Guillermo han sido unos maravilloso anfitriones, ayudando y estando pendiente de todo desde el primer momento.

Wer, wie wir, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Der Weg zu diesem charmanten Haus ist tatsächlich etwas abenteuerlich - aber durchaus zu bewerkstelligen. Arta liegt 2,5 km entfernt und ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. (1 km Schotterwege und 1,5 km asphaltierte Straßen.) Von der Besitzerin Catalina wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Der Umgang mit ihr war sehr vertrauensvoll. Vielen Dank dafür, Catalina! :-) Wir hatten eine tolle, entspannte Woche und kommen sicher wieder!

The position of the property is beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. That being said, it is tricky to reach! The track is long and rough, and we were not provided with a full address (I’m not sure there is one because it’s that remote) which made going to and from the property quite stressful until we’d got our bearings more. However the house is good, Arta is lovely, and we were able to properly relax. It does need a few improvements as a lot of the furnishings are old - e.g. broken barbecue lid, uncomfortable sofas and sun loungers, and the beds are rock hard. These are things that are easy fixes if some money were to be invested which would make for a better stay. The pool is a welcome relief as it can get very warm, just watch out for the wasps! This Airbnb has such huge potential but unfortunately needs some improvements before it meets its potential. All in all we did have a good week and the Airbnb managing company were fantastic, kind and communicative. 5* to them!

Der Pool ist groß, reinigt sich zweimal täglich automatisch, und zusätzlich kommt einmal pro Woche jemand vorbei, der sich um den Garten kümmert und den Pool nochmals säubert. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist hervorragend, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe und die herrliche Aussicht. Wichtig zu wissen: Die Finca ist nur über eine etwa sechsminütige Fahrt über Schotterstraßen erreichbar. Diese sind sehr schmal, was bei der Anfahrt beachtet werden sollte.

Diese ist auf jeden Fall für 6 Personen zu empfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Host hat problemlos funktioniert und es war sogar möglich, die Chekout Zeit um drei Stunden nach hinten zu verschieben. 5/5 Sterne!

Der Pool ist perfekt für eine Abkühlung und das Haus ist super ausgestattet.ja es gibt Wespen am Pool, aber diese sind absolut friedlich und kommen nicht zu nahe. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Die vielen verschiedenen Plätze laden zum verweilen ein.Man ist auch mal zu Fuß schnell (20min) in der Stadt (vor allem Dienstag zum Markt zu empfehlen ). Guillem ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber.wir sind alle verliebt in Arta und das Haus und kommen unbedingt wieder! Danke für die tolle Zeit und die schnelle Erreichbarkeit .

Man erreicht innerhalb von 10 min Autofahrt einen Supermarkt und nach ca. 20 min Autofahrt die wunderschönen Orte Cala Ratjada, Cala Agulla und Cala Molto. Die Unterkunft ist groß und super ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Der Pool war sehr schön mit einem Ausblick auf grüne Berge, Natur und manchmal auch Ziegen.

Villasmar ist eine Unterkunft für Naturliebhaber, die sich nicht vor schmalen, etwas steinigen Anfahrtswegen scheuen. Man genießt äußerste Privatsphäre und die zahlreichen Terrassen (sowohl beschattet, als auch in der Sonne) bieten viel Freiraum. Ideal, für eine Reise zu mehreren, da es auch in der Küche genügend Raum gibt. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, allerdings kann es in den Frühlingsmonaten noch etwas frisch sein.

The view from the fantastic panoramic terrace of the pool, garden and surrounding countryside offers pure holiday feeling. In the morning, only the chirping birds wake you up. When you open the window, the wonderfully spicy scent of the humid morning air enters the room - as if you had just brewed a fresh herbal tea. A refreshing dip in the pool. A good book and delicious Majorcan food accompany you through the day. In the evening, you only hear a little owl here and there and the cheerful tinkling of the sheep bells as they go to sleep. Tranquilo - balm for heart and soul.

In fact, the only sounds we heard while there were the birds, crickets and the neighbour across the valley singing while knocking the carob nuts out of his trees. The house is well equipped, clean, comfortable and the pool is fantastic for cooling off in the Mallorca heat. It's also well situated for evenings in Artatrips to the beautiful local beaches. We particularly like Cala Agulla with its white sand and crystal clear warm waters. Recommended!

The host was super helpful and replied straight away if I had any questions. We had a small car and as long as you drive slowly on the bumpy road it is fine.

Sehr schöne, traditionelle Finca in der Nähe von Arta, mit super Ausstattung (Waschmaschine und Trockner waren super praktisch) und sehr schöner Pool mit tollem Blick in die Natur. Ruhig gelegen, am Ende einer etwas holprigen Landstraße, der Weg lohnver más
Sehr schöne, traditionelle Finca in der Nähe von Arta, mit super Ausstattung (Waschmaschine und Trockner waren super praktisch) und sehr schöner Pool mit tollem Blick in die Natur. Ruhig gelegen, am Ende einer etwas holprigen Landstraße, der Weg lohnt sich für die schöne Lage inmitten der Olivenhaine, Felder und Hügel um Arta. Die Stadt ist auch zu Fuß in ca 25-30minuten erreichbar, sonst ist direkt am Ortseingang ein großer Parkplatz, wo wir immer einen Platz gefunden haben. Zum Strand muss man durch das Wirr-Warr an Einbahnstraßen in der Altstadt von Arta, ca 25min mit dem Auto. Sehr gut machbar, aber wer lieber am Pool seine Ruhe genießt ist in der finca definitiv bestens aufgehoben! Super Kommunikation auch mit den Gastgebern und angenehmer Check in und Check out!

The Font house is amazing! The accommodation was fully equiped and made us feel comfortable. The pool was a nice addition to the house and to keep yourself cool during the sunny days of Artá. The communication with the owner of the house has been verver más
The Font house is amazing! The accommodation was fully equiped and made us feel comfortable. The pool was a nice addition to the house and to keep yourself cool during the sunny days of Artá. The communication with the owner of the house has been very helpful and friendly. I can really recommend this country house for people who enjoy some tranquility. We can’t wait to come back in the near future :)

The house is surrounded by wonderful nature. It is very calm you only here some sheeps every once in a while even you can walk to Arta. We had a great time and can recommend a stay. Communication was very quick and easy.

If you need silence, lf you need relaxing time, if you like nature and a big plot where kids can play around -> this is the place to be! We‘ll come back. Thank you!

We had an amazing time. The place is surrounded by hills and very quiet. It is a bit tricky to get there but once you set navi to the nearest house on your way out, it is then easy to get back. Finca is large and arranged with style. The pool is amazver más
We had an amazing time. The place is surrounded by hills and very quiet. It is a bit tricky to get there but once you set navi to the nearest house on your way out, it is then easy to get back. Finca is large and arranged with style. The pool is amazing and the views are stunning. Contact with a host is very easy and he is extremely helpful. It is close to the town of Arta and beaches. We highly recommend to stay there and we hope to be back one day.

Amazing house in nature but only a 5min. Drive from Artá (You will need a car though) Very spacious and tastefully designed place. We loved the architecture. Extremely well equipped. We and our two little children enjoyed the pool very much. For us 4ver más
