Was uns sehr gefallen hat - toller Pool - super Terrasse auf der wir auch Ende Oktober noch alle Mahlzeiten genießen konnten - super Lage um Ausflüge in alle Richtungen Mallorcas zu machen - wunderschöne Aussicht ins Tal - gute Restaurants in der Umgebung - die Tischtennisplatte fanden die Kids super - die Eigentümer standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung - ganz leckeres Willkommenspaket und frische Eier während unseres Aufenthalts Was man wissen sollte - die nahe gelegene Straße hört man - es gibt im Haus keine Grundausstattung wie Pfeffer, Salz, Essig, Öl

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben 8 Tage in dieser genialen Finka verbringen dürfen und hatten auch aufgrund von 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern immer genug Platz und Privatsphäre! Die Unterkunft ist in hervorragendem Zustand und blitzsauber! Gescver más
Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben 8 Tage in dieser genialen Finka verbringen dürfen und hatten auch aufgrund von 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern immer genug Platz und Privatsphäre! Die Unterkunft ist in hervorragendem Zustand und blitzsauber! Geschirr ist vorhanden, ansonsten jedoch keine "Basics" wie Salz, Pfeffer,... Sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten (z.B. Pool samt Liegen, Grillplatz, Tischtennis) wirken sehr hochwertig und modern! Für Kinder sind diverse Spielsachen für das Pool vorhanden (Wasserbälle, Luftmatratzen,...) - Ich denke das Portfolio wächst mit jeder Familie, die dort ihren Urlaub verbracht hat -) Die Lage ist genial: Mit dem Auto ist jede Küste Mallorcas in maximal 45 Minuten erreichbar. Der sehr nette Ort Sineu ist bequem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet eine ausreichende Anzahl schöner Restaurants und Cafe´s. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und die Zeit ist vieeeel zu schnell verflogen :-( Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Si je devais émettre une suggestion d’amélioration, ce serait concernant le confort des lits dans la chambre avec les deux lits séparés, qui mériteraient une meilleure literie. Mis à part cela, tout était vraiment très bien. Merci pour l’accueil !

The local village of Sineu had everything you need from great coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. We loved this traditional family Majorcan town but also felt very at home. The Finca was absolutely spotless and very private but not isolated. The outside area is perfection!! We also loved the fact everywhere was within a 30 minute drive so we were able to see so much of the island! It was lovely to meet the Gabrial and his parents before we left so we could thank them for the fruit basket, wine, Majorcan pastries and a surprise delivery of fresh eggs one morning! We could easily have stayed forever!! 5 🌟 Hopefully we’ll be back very soon! I also want to thank the girls at Villasmar for looking after our booking! Such a professional and helpful team!

The house itself is lovely, spacious and to be honest, the photos don’t do the house justice. We LOVED staying here and can highly recommend it to anyone who wants a very quiet, private escape from the madness of real life. Es Cocons, wir werden uns wiedersehen! Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts verlief reibungslos. Wir wurden von den Eigentümern im mehr als sauberen und ordentlichen Haus mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten und Obst empfangen. Es Cocons ist von Kopf bis Fuß liebevoll und typisch mallorquinisch dekoriert. Der Salzwasserpool wurde mit den vorhandenen Luftmatratzen gern und viel benutzt. An einem Abend herrschte Gewitter sodass der Strom ausfiel. Selbst da wurde uns geschrieben und gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Zusammenfassend vollkommen zufrieden! :-)

Wir haben auf Nachfrage Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Ausflüge bekommen. Als wir ankamen gab es von der Vermieterin selbst gebackenes Essen und Obst. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist auch super für Ausflüge.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wirklich ein Traum! Live ist es noch besser als auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Jedes Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Besonders das riesige Grundstück und der Pool sind hervorzuheben. Auver más
Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wirklich ein Traum! Live ist es noch besser als auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Jedes Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Besonders das riesige Grundstück und der Pool sind hervorzuheben. Auch die Organisation und Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, sodass ein Mietauto benötigt wird. Der nächste richtige Supermarkt ist in ca. 15 Fahrminuten Entfernung. Unten am Hang ist eine größere Straße, von der man an bestimmten Zeiten am Tag etwas Verkehrslärm hört. Ansonsten muss man sich schon anstrengen, um überhaupt etwas zu finden, bei dem es Verbesserungspotential gibt. Sehr gut!

Der Pool war sehr groß und die Zimmer waren mit einem Ventilator oder einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und wir haben sogar frisches Obst und selbstgemachtes, mallorquinisches Essen beim Empfang bekommen. Vielen Dank!
