The AC works perfectly, the Appartment was very well equipped with great showers, seating area and dining area. Nice touches like a beach bag & hats. The host is amazing (probably the best we’ve had) and allowed us to check-out a little later which really made our stay perfect as we could use the day to further explore and then get our later flight. Be aware you have to pay for electric which is fine but not the norm (maybe I’m wrong?!) for all ABnB places, but it’s more than worth it for this excellent place. Thank you for a truly perfect stay in Alcudia.

The rooms were a good size, kitchen had all the facilities including a coffee maker which we used a lot. (Good coffee too!) The living room/lounge has a good size table and plenty of seating. The balcony has an excellent view of the bay to the left. There are plenty of helpful items, including the washing machine which was used on the odd occasion. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and felt that it was very good value for money.

Het appartement is iets buiten het “centrum”. S’avonds is het rustig, je hebt geen last van andere mensen, muziek of ander geluid. De kamers waren ruim en schoon. Het contact met de hosts ging prima. We hebben een super fijne tijd gehad hier. Wel moesten we zelf wc-papier, vuilniszakken en handzeep halen.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön, man hat Blick zum Hafen und zum Meer. Zu Fuß konnte man blitzschnell gute Restaurants erreichen. Zudem war ein kostenloser Parkplatz innerhalb von 2 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Alles in allem fanden wir es sehr sehr schön!

Eine sehr schöne und helle Wohnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Balkon ist auch sehr schön und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber es ist dennoch ruhig und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Die Unterkunft war gut zu erreichen und mit Aufzug war auch das Gepäck problemlos zu befördern. Die Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet und sogar die Reinigungsutensilien etc. waren komplett vorhanden (sehr gut!). Die Lage ist für die Erkundung des Hafens perfekt gelegen. Im EG befindet sich ein Restaurant, welches durch Kundenverkehr recht laut war. Ebenso die vor dem Gebäude verlaufene Straße. Ein ruhiges Sitzen und Frühstücken oder den Sonnenuntergang genießen ist beim dem Lärm und auch Geruch vom Restaurant sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. In der Hochsaison ist dies vielleicht nicht so angenehm. Für unseren Osterurlaub war es aber alles perfekt und wir können gerade zu dieser Jahreszeit die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Die Kommunikation war top, sehr schnelle Antwortzeiten und immer hilfsbereit. Wohnung war wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet, alles was man so braucht war vorhanden. Prinzipiell war die Wohnung auch sauber. Hervorzuheben ist hier auch das sehr schnelle und stabile Internet. Leider gab es in einer Wand einen Wasserschaden, der schon vor unserer Anreise passiert ist. Die Wand war deutlich von Schimmel befallen, wodurch es in der Wohnung stark modrig gerochen hat. Das war aber aushaltbar, sobald die Klimaanlage ein paar Minuten lief. Da unterhalb des Balkons mehrere Restaurants und eine Straße liegen, war es, teils bis tief in die Nacht, sehr laut. Ohropax nicht vergessen! ) Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt, danke an Mariana & Marina!

The flat was great, modern and in great condition, clean and with a very well equipped kitchen with all the gear you could imagine to use during a vacation. The location of the flat is great with a little distance to the most touristed areas, but within a very short walk to everything - supermarket, restaurants, beach etc.

The beach can be reached within 5 minutes, it takes 15 minutes to reach a nice place to swim, though. The apartment itself was ok, but not in perfect shape. Once we had a neighbor from downstairs waking us up in the middle of the night because water was running from her ceiling. The next day the same thing happened to us. There was a lot of mould on the walls: not sure if it’s the toxic kind. One AC was leaking water when it was running and the ventilation in both bathroom did not work. Nothing major, but still some room for improvement.
